Description

Lord Melbourne expresses to the Duke of Wellington, "I begin to feel I am not equal to the work", behind Brougham (and glaring at him) is Lord Durham. There were rumours of a change of ministry and so the coachmen candidates are also (unlikely) candidates for the position of prime minister
